Intimate portrait photography is one of the most misunderstood genres in the medium, and the misconceptions tend to keep away the very women who would benefit most from the experience. I want to address that honestly.
Let me start with what this kind of photography is not. It is not a session full of awkward poses in a bedroom. It is not something you do exclusively for a partner. It is not reserved for certain body types, ages, or stages of life. And it is not, despite what a quick internet search might suggest, necessarily about lingerie.

The session begins with hair and makeup, which is included, and that hour or so of getting ready sets the tone for everything that follows. By the time we start photographing, most women feel settled and genuinely ready.
The session itself is a collaboration. I'll guide you through every pose, show you the frames as we go, and adjust constantly to find what works best for you specifically. You don't need to have any experience in front of a camera. You don't need to know your angles. That is my job.
